Russia's Belgorod loses quarter of its gas stations to drone attacks - Media

In Belgorod and the surrounding metropolitan area, drones have been carrying out mass attacks on gas stations. Over the past few days, more than a quarter of all fuel stations in the area have come under attack, according to Pepel Belgorod.
Scale of the attacks on gas stations
According to the outlet's calculations, drones attacked 19 of 71 gas stations in Belgorod and its surrounding metropolitan area between July 19 and July 23.
As a result, 26.7% of all gas stations in the city and its suburbs were hit during the strikes.
Many of the targeted facilities caught fire, while fueling equipment and gas station infrastructure sustained damage.

Explosions in Belgorod
Belgorod and nearby areas of Russia’s Belgorod region have come under regular attack in recent months, resulting in damage to energy, industrial, and infrastructure facilities.
In particular, explosions and fires were reported in Belgorod during the night of July 7 following another missile attack.
Earlier, on the night of July 4, a series of explosions and strikes on a local thermal power plant triggered a widespread blackout across the city and surrounding metropolitan area, leaving most of Belgorod without electricity.
In addition, on June 23, the region’s industrial zone came under attack, with missiles damaging a local chalk plant.
