Russian city of Belgorod comes under missile attack

Belgorod came under a missile attack on Russian territory. Explosions and fires were recorded in the city, according to monitoring channels.
There is no official information from the Russian authorities yet. However, videos circulating on social media show the glow from the explosions.
It is also still unknown what kind of weapons were used to attack the city. It could be either HIMARS or Flamingo-type missiles, according to Russian Telegram channels.
According to preliminary information, a local thermal power plant was attacked. As a result, part of the city was completely left without power.
The channel Pepel Belgorod also reports that after the fall of missile debris, a fire has broken out in a residential building in the Belgorod region. Also, the local airport may have been attacked, which is not operational due to constant attacks.
No information about casualties has been received so far.

Context of the news
Belgorod is constantly under attack. The city experiences drone or missile strikes almost every day. For example, on the night of July 3–4, the Russian city of Belgorod came under a missile attack. After a series of strikes and explosions, the city lost power.
And a day earlier, missiles struck the Michurinskaya thermal power plant. Widespread disruptions to the city's utilities and infrastructure were recorded in that area.
