Russia preparing not for a ceasefire but for new offensives - Zelenskyy

The Russian President, Vladimir Putin, is definitely not preparing for a ceasefire or an end to the war overall. The Russian army is relocating its troops and equipment to launch new offensive operations, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s evening address.
As Zelenskyy reported, today he received an intelligence briefing on what Putin is expecting and what he is actually preparing for, including military preparations.
"He is definitely not preparing for a ceasefire or an end to the war. Putin is focused solely on presenting his meeting with America as a personal victory and continuing to act as before, continuing to pressure Ukraine as before," the president said.
According to him, there is no sign that the Russian forces have received any signals to prepare for a post-war situation.
"On the contrary, they are relocating their troops and forces in a way that allows them to start new offensive operations. If someone is preparing for peace, they do not act like this. We continue to inform our partners about the real situation on the battlefield, in diplomacy, and in Russia’s planning of further actions," Zelenskyy added.
