Russia plans to strike 'decision-making centers': Ukrainian intel intercepts lists

Ukrainian intelligence has intercepted documents containing plans for new strikes — Russia is preparing attacks on cities and specific addresses inside the country, according to a post by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
What intelligence obtained
Specialists of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine obtained documents confirming that Russia is preparing new missile and drone strikes against Ukraine.
The plans include strikes on so-called decision-making centers. The targets reportedly include:
- Nearly two dozen political centers;
- Military command posts.
In particular, the published images show that potential targets include buildings in central Kyiv, the Presidential Administration with indicated offices of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on different floors, as well as the state residence of the head of state.

"But it should be noted, especially for the Russian leadership, that Ukraine is not Russia, and unlike the aggressor country, where there is a clear author of this war and his long-standing entourage that ensures his detachment from reality, the source of Ukraine’s defense is the willingness of the Ukrainian people to fight for their independence and their own sovereign state," said President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy also said that work is underway on "long-range sanctions" against Russia.

"First, we are identifying targets for our further 'long-range sanctions' against Russia for this war and for strikes against our cities and villages. Ukraine will not leave without consequences for the aggressor any of the strikes that take the lives of our people," he wrote.

After the massive attack on Kyiv on May 14, Volodymyr Zelenskyy instructed the Defense Forces and special services to prepare response options to the Russian strike.
Meanwhile, in the Darnytskyi district of the capital, the search and rescue operation has been completed — it lasted more than 28 hours. 24 people were killed, including three children.
