Robotic equipment from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine is being used at high-risk sites.
Operational headquarters, psychological assistance centers, and mobile resilience centers are operating in the regions.
The police are currently stepping up patrols, rescuers are stabilizing the situation, and psychologists are helping the victims.
"Once again, I urge people to react to air raid sirens and stay in safe places. Take care of yourselves and your loved ones. Do not risk your lives, and do not record the consequences of the strikes in real time. This is not content. This is data for the enemy," said Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko.
Romania scrambled its air force
According to the Romanian Ministry of Defense, F-16 fighter jets from the 86th Air Base in Borcea and Eurofighter Typhoon fighter jets from the 57th Air Base named after Mihai Kogălniceanu took to the skies.
The Romanian Defense Ministry emphasized that the mission commander had prior authorization to engage air targets if they entered Romanian airspace and threatened the safety of Romanian citizens.
The Romanian Ministry of Defense also strongly condemned the irresponsible Russian actions and stressed that they pose a new challenge to regional security and stability in the Black Sea region.
"Such incidents demonstrate Russia's disregard for international law and pose a threat not only to the security of Romanian citizens, but also to the collective security of NATO," the statement says.
Ukrainian Railways
The nighttime Russian strikes damaged the energy infrastructure of Ukrainian Railways. This led to delays for a number of trains.
According to preliminary data, the driver of a repair railcar was wounded during the Russian strikes. He is receiving all necessary assistance.
Kyiv

Dniprovskyi district
A fire broke out on the sixth floor of a 16-story residential building after it was hit. Rescuers evacuated 10 people, including children. Unfortunately, the bodies of two victims were found under the rubble.
Darnytskyi district
A Russian drone hit a 17-story building, causing a fire on the 11th to 16th floors. 15 residents, including 2 children, were evacuated from the building. Additionally, a two-story non-residential building in the area caught fire, but the blaze was quickly contained.
Desnianskyi district
The facade of a 10-story building was damaged, and a car and a gas pipe caught fire. 20 people were rescued.
Pecherskyi district

Kyiv region

There are also reports of an injured man in the Obukhiv district. A gas station employee, born in 1976, suffered a shrapnel wound - a contusion of the parietal region of the head. He was hospitalized.
As of 8:55 Kyiv time, according to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, 3 individuals were killed as a result of Russian strikes on the Kyiv region, including 2 children.
3 individuals, including children, were killed in the Zazymia community. Rescuers are conducting search operations and clearing debris.
An 83-year-old woman was rescued by rescuers from a burning house in Brovary. She was in shock but alive. In Brovary, debris also caused a fire in a private house and a truck with a trailer to catch fire - everything was quickly extinguished.
Zaporizhzhia
In Zaporizhzhia, the Russians launched 12 strikes on Zaporizhzhia with Shahed drones. The Russian attack lasted almost 3 hours. Several Russian strikes hit residential high-rise buildings.
