Russia has no plans to advance in south and instead concentrating its forces in Donbas - Intelligence
Currently, Russia does not plan a major offensive in the south. Meanwhile, the Russian forces are concentrating on the Ukrainian Donbas, according to Andrii Yusov, a representative of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
As noted by the representative of the Defense Intelligence, this is evidenced by the fact that there are no significant changes in the enemy grouping. The enemy continues to suffer heavy losses among its personnel, leading the Russian army to attempt rotations.
"However, there are clashes and separate attempts at offensive operations by the enemy along almost the entire front line. We can say that the fiercest battles are taking place precisely in the Ukrainian Donbas. Everything else – the enemy is conducting many deceptive maneuvers and actions," Yusov said.
Redeployment of occupying forces to the east
Petro Andriushchenko, advisor to the mayor of Mariupol, reported the day before that the occupying forces were transferring reserves through Mariupol from the Zaporizhzhia region to Donetsk.
RBC-Ukraine also reported the day before that Russian forces are replenishing their personnel in the Zaporizhzhia region. Currently, there are over 90,000 soldiers there. However, there is no threat of an offensive in this direction.
