Russia deploys Kalibr carriers to Black Sea: Potential missile salvo named
On the morning of November 26, Russia deployed two warships on combat duty in the Black Sea. One of them is a carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles, reports the Ukrainian Navy.
According to Ukrainian military sources, the ship deployed for combat duty could launch up to 4 cruise missiles in total.
No enemy ships are present in the Sea of Azov or the Mediterranean Sea.
Over the past day, one vessel, moving from the Bosporus Strait to the Sea of Azov, passed through the Kerch Strait in the interests of Russia.
The Ukrainian Navy also noted that Russia continues to violate the 1974 International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) by disabling automatic identification systems.
Frontline situation and drone strikes
According to the American Institute for the Study of War, Russian military forces have intensified raids across the Ukraine-Russia border in the Kharkiv region. Additionally, the Russian forces have made advances in Toretsk and near Pokrovsk.
Furthermore, the ISW believes that Russia's successes in the east do not signify the collapse of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' front.
Last night, the Russian forces again carried out a massive drone attack on Ukraine using Shahed kamikaze drones.
As a result of the strikes, the energy infrastructure in Ternopil was damaged.
