Russia continuously attacking Kyiv with jet-powered drones, killing child and injuring others

Today, August 29, Russia has been continuously attacking Kyiv with jet-powered drones since early this morning. A two-year-old girl was killed when a Russian drone crashed; there are also other casualties, according to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko.
In the Obolonskyi district, a Russian drone attacked an open area. A nearby café was damaged.
"A two-year-old girl died after being injured in Obolonskyi district when a Russian drone crashed," Klitschko says.
According to him, there are currently 5 known casualties in the capital. Medical personnel treated four of them at the scene. One injured person, an 18-year-old girl, was hospitalized.
In the Podilskyi district, a drone was also reported to have struck a non-residential building.
In the Holosiivskyi district, a drone crash caused a fire on the roof of a two-story warehouse. No one was injured.
In the Sviatoshynskyi district, firefighters extinguished a fire in an apartment on the 9th floor of a residential building caused by falling drone debris. No one was injured.
Russian attacks on Kyiv
For the third day in a row, the Russians have been continuously and massively attacking Kyiv and the Kyiv region with jet drones.
In particular, as a result of the Russian strike on Kyiv on the night of and morning of August 29, buildings were damaged and an apartment caught fire; there are casualties.
According to Andrii Kovalenko, head of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine's Center for Countering Disinformation, Russia is launching small waves of jet drones at Kyiv to paralyze it. Russia does not have the resources for a large number of drones. The goal is to wear down the air defense systems and the population.
