Russia complains about drone attack on Mozdok airfield in North Ossetia
Russians claimed that drones allegedly attempted to attack the Mozdok airfield, located in North Ossetia, ASTRA Telegram channel reports.
"Drones attempted to attack the Mozdok military airfield in North Ossetia," reported Russian media.
According to Russian sources, traces of anti-aircraft missile launches were reportedly seen in the sky. Preliminary reports indicate that there were no damages or casualties.
It should be noted that the city of Mozdok, where the airfield is located, is over 750 km from the Ukrainian border.
Earlier this month, Ukraine launched an attack on a military airfield in Russia.
As a result of the special operation, airports in Astrakhan and Volgograd were temporarily closed for arrivals and departures due to a drone attack.
Shortly before this, a military airfield in Primorsko-Akhtarsk was damaged in a drone attack.
