Russia, China and North Korea strengthen cooperation - White House
Washington notes that Russia, China, and North Korea, which do not agree with the existing world order, are strengthening cooperation with each other, according to the briefing of White House.
"We have seen a growing desire by Russia and China, and to some extent North Korea, to increase and improve their communication with one another," said U.S. Administration spokesperson John Kirby.
Kirby believes that the world should be organized by rules, but some countries want to break them.
"We still believe that a rules-based order matters and there are certain nations that would like to act in ways inimical to that order," Kirby said.
