Russian terrorists cannot begin proper preparations for the so-called "presidential elections" in the occupied territories due to the growing socio-economic tension, according to the press service of the National Resistance Center.

"According to available information, the following problematic aspects of the socio-economic situation in the temporarily occupied territories of southern and eastern Ukraine are observed, namely: lack of heat supply, and many problems with power outages. There are also problematic issues with the payment of salaries to the employees of the Russian occupation authorities," the press service writes.

Other problems that affect the growth of tension include

  • regular price increases for food and essential goods;
  • "conscription" of the local population.

Presidential elections in Russia

In August of this year, the Russian dictator's spokesperson, Dmitry Peskov, said that Vladimir Putin, the Russian dictator, would be re-elected for another term with more than 90% of the votes. According to Reuters, the dictator has decided to compete in the March presidential election, which will allow him to remain in power until at least 2030.

Later, it was reported that the Kremlin head had approved amendments to the presidential election law that would make it more difficult to monitor fraud.
