Russia builds up reserves near Chasiv Yar and in Siversk direction
The Russian army is gathering forces and accumulating reserves near Chasiv Yar and in the Siversk direction. Active battles and assaults in these areas are likely to resume soon, according to Anastasia Bobovnikova, the spokesperson for the Luhansk Operational and Tactical Group.
"The number of assaults has increased in the Toretsk direction, while in the area of Chasiv Yar and in the Siversk direction, the number of attacks is still decreasing. For instance, there was only one assault in the Siversk direction over the past day," said Bobovnikova.
She also mentioned that Russian forces are advancing in the Toretsk direction.
"We see that the situation in the Toretsk direction has become dynamic again. The enemy is now attempting to advance with small infantry groups, as before. There were 16 assaults yesterday, and almost 90 people were either killed or wounded in Toretsk during the past day," the spokesperson said.
According to her, the Russian army is gathering forces and accumulating reserves near Chasiv Yar and in the Siversk direction. Active combat and assaults are expected to resume soon.
Bobovnikova also reported that the Russian army uses aviation in all three directions in the area of responsibility of the Luhansk Operational and Tactical Group.
Frontline situation
As of 4:00 p.m. on November 11, the General Staff reported 125 combat clashes. The most challenging situation is in the Kurakhove direction. The enemy is also active in the Pokrovsk direction.
Additionally, the southern defense forces warned that Russian troops may soon begin ground assaults in the southern part of the Zaporizhzhia region, possibly within the next few days.
