According to the Okhtyrka district prosecutor's office, on May 27, at about 11:20 a.m. Kyiv time, Russian troops dropped a guided aerial bomb on a civilian facility in the community.
A 44-year-old man, his 41-year-old wife, and his 17-year-old daughter, who were traveling in a car, were injured.
According to the Sumy Regional Military Administration, several cars were damaged, and the extent of the damage and the number of victims are being determined.
The prosecutor's office said that a pre-trial investigation into war crimes had been launched.
