"The explosion that has just been heard in the city is the result of a Russian strike on an industrial infrastructure facility," Kobzar said.

According to the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Russia launched a missile attack on an industrial infrastructure facility in the Sumy community. There are preliminary reports of casualties.

Russian strikes on Ukraine on May 14

On the night of May 14, Russian troops carried out a large-scale air attack on Ukraine.
