Russia bombs store in Ukraine's Sumy region: Killed and wounded reported

During the day, Russian troops dropped a guided aerial bomb on a store in the Velyka Pysarivska community in the Sumy region. There are casualties and injuries, according to Oleh Hryhorov, head of the Sumy regional military administration.
"In the Velyka Pysarivka community, the Russians dropped a guided aerial bomb on a store. The strike came just as people were inside," Hryhorov says.
According to him, unfortunately, two people were killed in the strike: a saleswoman and a resident. Their bodies were recovered from the rubble. Another saleswoman who was in the store miraculously survived.
"Two people were injured. One woman with injuries was taken to the hospital, where doctors are providing her with the necessary assistance. Russia deliberately strikes at what should be safe for life," adds the head of the Sumy regional military administration.
Russian strikes on Sumy region
On the night of December 8, the Russians struck the Okhtyrka community in the Sumy region with three strike drones and hit a high-rise building. Seven victims are known to be in the hospital.
Russia also recently attacked the energy infrastructure of the Sumy region. As a result of the Russian strikes, some residents were left without water and electricity.
Russians also attacked an energy facility in the Sumy region on the afternoon of November 28. As a result of Russia's terrorist attack, an electrician from the local power company was wounded and hospitalized.
According to Ukrenergo, the Sumy region is among the territories with the most severe power supply situation. Russians are attacking this region not only with missiles and Shahed drones, but also with other means of destruction.
