On the afternoon of July 24, Russian forces attacked the city of Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region using four aerial bombs and artillery. Two people were killed and more than ten others were injured, said Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration.

"Russian forces dropped four aerial bombs on the city and shelled it with artillery. Two women, aged 48 and 59, were killed. Fourteen others, aged between 36 and 91, were injured," Filashkin said.

According to him, the attack damaged at least ten apartment buildings, twenty-one private houses, an administrative building, two shops, a café, and two cars. In addition, one more person was injured in Myrnohrad, where the Russian army once again attacked a civilian using an FPV drone.

"Once again, I urge all residents of the Donetsk region: be responsible. Evacuate to safer areas of Ukraine," the head of the Military Administration emphasized.

Strikes on Kostiantynivka

On the morning of July 17, Russian forces launched a massive artillery strike on Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region. As a result of the shelling, two people were killed and one more was injured.

On the afternoon of July 9, the Russian army also carried out an airstrike on Kostiantynivka. Three people were killed and one more was wounded.

Before that, Russia’s Smerch multiple rocket launcher system attacked Kostiantynivka. One person was killed in that strike.

Russian forces also shelled Kostiantynivka on June 26. As a result, a pharmacy building was damaged and civilians were injured.
