On the morning of September 19, Russian troops attacked Kupiansk in the Kharkiv region, dropping 12 guided aerial bombs on the city, according to head of the Kupiansk District State Administration, Andrii Kanashevych.

"According to preliminary information, Russia attacks Kupiansk with 12 guided air bombs. As a result, there is significant damage to private housing," he says.

At least 13 private houses were damaged. There are casualties.

"6 people sustained varying degrees of injuries. They are currently hospitalized. They are 3 women and 3 men. The youngest man is 50 years old, the oldest wounded woman is 85 years old," adds the head of the Kupiansk District State Administration.

Russia does not reduce the intensity of Russian shelling but rather increases it. In particular, settlements along the Oskil River are under constant threat. In this regard, the head of the Kupiansk District State Administrator stresses the need to intensify evacuation.

Kharkiv region

In the Kharkiv region, fighting continues in two areas - in the north of the region and near Kupiansk.

The Russians are constantly shelling the settlements of the region located near the border and the front line. In particular, Kharkiv is under constant Russian attack.

Thus, on the night of September 19, the Russians attacked Kharkiv twice during the night, with ballistic missiles, and with guided aerial bombs. There was destruction in the city city and fires broke out.
