“For the second night in a row, Russia is shelling south of the Odesa region. Izmail district is under attack again,” Kiper says.
The Russians attacked the border with attack drones.
“Two people were injured as a result of the Russian drone attack. One person was hospitalized in a medical facility in a moderate condition. Doctors are providing all necessary assistance,” he notes.
In addition, an administrative building was partially destroyed and then caught fire. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine quickly extinguished the fire.
