Russia attacks Izmail district again, injuries reported

“For the second night in a row, Russia is shelling south of the Odesa region. Izmail district is under attack again,” Kiper says.

“Two people were injured as a result of the Russian drone attack. One person was hospitalized in a medical facility in a moderate condition. Doctors are providing all necessary assistance,” he notes.
