Missile attack on Rivne - Power outage in part of the city

In Rivne, explosions were heard during an air raid alarm due to a Russian missile attack. Following this, in some areas of the city, the electricity went out, according to "Suspilne Rivne."
Explosions were heard in the city at around 06:20.
Shortly after that, information about power outages in parts of Rivne emerged.
"Electricity is out in some parts of the city," according to the report.
Local authorities have not provided details about the incident yet.
