Recipe for simple pie: Delicate dessert ready in 30 minutes
Culinary blogger Manon Lagrève shared how to make an incredibly delicious French berry tart without the need for measuring cups and kitchen scales. The recipe for this dessert was so well-received by users that it garnered almost 200 thousand likes.
You will only need ingredients and a baking pan for preparation. This recipe is incredibly simple because the blogger came up with a way to measure the necessary amount of ingredients without using scales. Just don't throw away the yogurt jar you use for the pie; it can be used to measure sugar, flour, and other ingredients.
You will need:
- 1 jar of Greek yogurt (125 g)
- 2 jars of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 jar of oil (the blogger used olive oil)
- 3 jars of flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Raspberries, blueberries, or other berries.
Let's start the preparation. In a bowl, mix yogurt and sugar, beating the mixture well with a whisk. Then add the eggs and vanilla extract. Beat everything well again and add the oil. Mix it all again.
After that, start adding the dry ingredients. Gradually add flour, salt, and baking powder. You should get a homogeneous mass.

Now prepare the baking pan. Grease it with butter and sprinkle with flour. Then pour the batter into the pan and add berries on top. They should "sink" into the future dessert.
Bake the pie in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. It usually takes about 30-35 minutes to bake. When the pie is done, let it "rest" in the pan for a bit before carefully removing it for serving. For added beauty, you can sprinkle the dessert with powdered sugar.
