Putin's terms for 30-day ceasefire aim to weaken Ukraine - Zelenskyy

The conditions set by the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, regarding a 30-day ceasefire only indicate the continuation of full-scale war, RBC-Ukraine reports, citing President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a press conference with Finnish leader Alexander Stubb.
As Zelenskyy noted, Russia would want its partners to stop supporting Ukraine, as this would weaken the positions of our country.
"When we talk about stopping assistance, for example, important help - intelligence data exchange? It’s important. What is most crucial? What do we lose? For example, we lose flight accuracy or the ballistic trajectory. Why does Putin need this if he doesn’t want to kill us?" Zelenskyy explained.
Ukrainian leader added that Putin's demands only indicate the continuation of the war, and therefore there should be no concessions regarding assistance to Ukraine.
"On the contrary, we need to strengthen aid to Ukraine because this is a signal that Ukraine is ready for any surprises from the Russians," Zelenckyy added.
Possible 30-day ceasefire
In March, during a meeting of the American and Ukrainian delegations, Kyiv supported Washington's proposal to introduce a 30-day ceasefire along the front lines.
In particular, this issue was discussed by US President Donald Trump during a phone conversation with dictator Putin. The latter agreed to a mutual commitment from both sides of the conflict to refrain from striking energy infrastructure targets for 30 days. At the same time, Putin set forth a number of demands, including, for example, "stopping forced mobilization in Ukraine" and a complete cessation of foreign support.
