Russian President Vladimir Putin intends to mobilize hundreds of thousands of people to continue the war against Ukraine, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy warned, according to Sky News.

According to the president, he has intelligence data regarding Putin's plans.

According to the information, a new wave of mobilization in the aggressor state will take place after Russia's State Duma elections. The process is expected to begin in late September or early October.

Zelenskyy also said that the Russian leader is still afraid to carry out mobilization openly. Despite this, he plans to recruit between 300,000 and 500,000 people into the Russian military.

Against this backdrop, the Ukrainian leader called on allies to significantly increase pressure on Russia before it is too late. Above all, he was referring to tougher sanctions.

For its part, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will continue their long-range strike campaign to further weaken the enemy.

As Zelenskyy explained, it is critically important to create even more problems for Russia with logistics, weapons, and fuel. All of this will become a serious obstacle to a new wave of mobilization.

"It means, again, that he will throw poorly trained people on the battlefield. This, in turn, means a lot of losses," the Ukrainian president said.

Zelenskyy also warned that North Korea plans to send another 30,000 troops to Russia, the Iranian regime will supply ballistic and other types of missiles, and China is already cooperating with the aggressor state in the field of technology.

The Ukrainian leader confirmed that people in Putin's inner circle, especially influential businessmen, understand that the economy is facing serious problems. Despite this, the defense industry, which profits from the war, is opposed to peace.

Earlier, it was reported on Zelenskyy's response to new threats from the Iranian regime.

Also, the president answered a question about Fedorov's possible return as defense minister.

In addition, it became known that Zelenskyy approved new deep strike targets inside Russia together with Drapatyi and Khmara.
