In the United Kingdom, pro-Palestinian activists broke into the Royal Air Force base at Brize Norton (Oxfordshire) and damaged two aircraft, according to the Palest
According to Palestine Action, two of their members gained access to the facility and poured red paint over the engines of a Voyager aircraft, also causing further damage using crowbars.
In a video released by the activists, they explain their actions as a protest against the UK's involvement in supporting Israel's military operations, pointing to arms supplies, intelligence over Gaza, and refueling of allied warplanes.
British Prime Minister Keir Starmer reacted harshly, calling the activists' actions disgraceful vandalism.
"The act of vandalism committed at RAF Brize Norton is disgraceful. Our Armed Forces represent the very best of Britain and put their lives on the line for us every day. It is our responsibility to support those who defend us," Starmer said.
The UK Ministry of Defense said that, along with the police, it had already begun an investigation into the incident.

What is known about Palestine Action
Palestine Action is a radical British movement founded in 2020 that opposes the United Kingdom's cooperation with Israel's defense industry.
Its members carry out protest actions by blocking or damaging facilities of companies that supply weapons to Israel, notably Elbit Systems factories.
The group became known for its incursions into defense-related sites, including military bases. The UK government and law enforcement consider Palestine Action's activities to be a potential threat to national security.
The organization claims it is acting within the bounds of moral resistance, aiming to end Britain's involvement in Israeli military operations.
The United Kingdom is a strategic partner of Israel, offering political backing, intelligence cooperation, and allowing the export of defense technologies.
London condemns Hamas's actions, recognizes Israel's right to self-defense, and regularly supplies components for military equipment, including weapons systems.
British Prime Minister Keir Starmer recently stated that the UK is deploying aircraft to the Middle East amid escalating tensions between Israel and Iran.
