Presidential Office reveals details of new Contact Group for peace in Ukraine

Ukraine has established a new contact group focused on ending the war, though the final list of participants is still being determined, stated the spokesperson of the President of Ukraine Serhiy Nykyforov.
Ukraine is rallying key European partners that, together with the United States, can ensure the maximum strengthening of the country. The final list of participants is still being formed.
The participants will include the countries with long-range capabilities, major investors in Ukraine’s arms production, and countries on which Ukraine's future in NATO depends.
Nykyforov stated that the meeting is planned for December to coordinate efforts, develop a unified position, and ensure Ukraine’s strength in both negotiations and on the battlefield.
What preceded it
Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that the group includes several European countries, and Ukraine is also counting on Denmark to represent the Nordic group.
"We have already organized it (Contact Group - ed). The countries you mentioned are already involved. We also count on Denmark to represent the Nordic group. We count on all of them, but Denmark could specifically represent the Nordic team. We plan to hold such a meeting in December. You see, we already share many views,” Zelenskyy said.
