Poland has ordered 58 Rosomak armored personnel carriers with new ZSSW-30 combat modules for its army, according to a statement from Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa SA.

The contract is valued at approximately 2.6 billion zlotys or around 659 million dollars. However, the deliveries will be made in 2026-2027. The contract also includes a logistics package containing spare parts.

The armored personnel carrier is designed for combating armored targets and enemy fortifications, as well as providing fire support to units during combat.

Regarding the ZSSW-30 combat module, it is equipped with a 30mm Mk.44S automatic cannon that uses programmable ammunition. It also features a twin launcher for the Spike-LR anti-tank missile system.

The remotely controlled complex is equipped with an automated fire control system from WB Electronics, Polish stabilized PCO sights with thermal imaging cameras, a laser rangefinder, and the SSP-1 Obra active protection system.

Earlier, RBC-Ukraine reported that Poland will provide a new package of military aid to Ukrainian forces, although it is currently unknown what the package will include.
