Poland has no territorial claims against Ukraine. And Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is simply trying to drive a wedge between Kyiv and its allies, according to Polish Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maciej Wewiór.

On July 26, the Kremlin leader publicly began claiming that Ukraine would supposedly lose its western territories in the future.

In particular, Putin repeated the lie that Ukraine’s western territories were a gift from dictator Joseph Stalin, who, he claimed, transferred them as part of a single state.

"By the way, I’m sure that sooner or later Ukraine will lose these western territories. And what belonged to Poland, Hungary, and Romania, sooner or later, maybe not tomorrow, not the day after tomorrow, but in a year, two, 10, or 15 years, will historically fall back into place," Putin fantasized.

Interestingly, he didn’t even explain exactly how this might supposedly happen.

The Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs has already responded to the Kremlin leader’s latest fabrications.

They made it clear that Putin’s statements have nothing to do with reality.

"We unequivocally reject V. Putin’s false speculations regarding the alleged partition of Ukraine and Poland’s involvement in it – this is a cynical attempt to stir up antagonism between allies," stated a spokesperson for the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Against this backdrop, Wewiór assured that his country has no territorial claims on Ukraine and never will.

"Our position remains unchanged: we fully support Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. Russian disinformation will not divert attention from Moscow’s brutal aggression," the spokesperson for the Polish Foreign Ministry concluded.

Zelenskyy recently revealed Putin’s new plans for mobilization.

The Kremlin has put forward a new demand regarding a peace agreement with Kyiv.

In addition, it has been revealed when the US would be ready to intervene in Russia's war against Ukraine.
