Plane crash at London airport kills four

Four people were killed in a plane crash at London Southend Airport.

Essex Police Chief Superintendent Morgan Cronin stated that the aircraft had experienced technical issues shortly before the crash. The plane went down shortly after takeoff within the airport perimeter. All four people on board were confirmed dead, and authorities are working to identify the victims formally. Preliminary information suggests that all of them were foreign nationals.
One of the victims was identified as 31-year-old Maria Fernanda Rojas Ortiz, a German national. She had recently transitioned from working in a hospital to joining a private medical company and was on her first day as a flight nurse.
