On the night of April 25, Russian forces launched a series of strikes on Kharkiv, Dnipro, as well as the Sumy, Kyiv and Zaporizhzhia regions, according to the heads of regional military administrations and the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Attack on Dnipro: 14 injured, including a child

According to Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the regional military administration, 14 people were injured as a result of the enemy attack on Dnipro, including a 9-year-old boy.

He received medical assistance and will undergo outpatient treatment. Nine people have been hospitalized, all in moderate condition. Among the injured are women aged 41, 44 and 58, as well as a 41-year-old man.

As a result of the strikes, a four-story residential building was partially destroyed. An industrial infrastructure facility, private homes, cars, and a store were also damaged.

Attack on Kharkiv: several districts hit, gas pipeline and bus stop damaged

Ihor Terekhov reported that the enemy carried out several strikes on the Kyivskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts of Kharkiv. One of the hits occurred near a residential building.

Transport infrastructure was affected — a public transport stop was destroyed and a gas pipeline was damaged.

Hits were also recorded in the Saltivskyi and Nemyshlianskyi districts (private homes were damaged, a fire broke out at the site). There is currently no information about casualties.

In addition, a one-and-a-half-year-old boy was injured in the Nemyshlianskyi district as a result of an enemy drone strike. The child was diagnosed with an acute stress reaction, and medics provided all necessary assistance.

Situation in Zaporizhzhia region

Over the past day, Russian forces carried out 555 strikes on 43 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region. A total of 25 airstrikes, 357 UAV attacks, 6 MLRS strikes, and 167 artillery strikes were recorded.

There were 69 reports of damage to housing, vehicles, and infrastructure facilities.

Hits in Bila Tserkva

The fall of enemy targets was recorded in Bila Tserkva. The attack caused a fire and heavy smoke.

As Volodymyr Vovkotrub noted, the morning in the community was far from good. "The enemy is trying to keep people on edge, striking at civilian life, spreading fear and chaos. As soon as the security situation allows, all services will begin eliminating the consequences."

Air defense at work in Cherkasy region

According to regional authorities, enemy targets were also detected in the airspace over the Cherkasy region. Air defense forces neutralized five Russian missiles and one UAV within the region.

Fortunately, there were no injuries.

In the Cherkasy district, falling missile debris damaged the roof of a private house. The area is still being inspected.

Aftermath of the attack on Mykolaiv region

Yesterday and overnight into April 25, Russians carried out strikes on the Mykolaiv region. This was reported by the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.

During the day, the enemy attacked the region with Shahed type drones. As a result of the morning attack and falling debris in the Mykolaiv district, two women were injured:

  • a 45-year-old woman sustained minor injuries;
  • a 68-year-old woman suffered an acute stress reaction.

Both victims received medical assistance on site and refused hospitalization. Two private houses and a power line were also damaged.

As a result of the overnight massive attack, a power transmission line was damaged in the Mykolaiv district. Currently, six settlements remain without electricity. Repair crews are already working to restore power. There are no casualties.

Attack on Odesa region

In the Odesa region, as a result of impacts, three one-story residential houses were destroyed, along with an outbuilding, which subsequently caught fire, as well as seven vehicles.

Rescue services extinguished the fire.

According to preliminary information, two people were injured.

In addition, the Russians attacked a Panama-flagged vessel that was departing from a port in the Odesa region.

As a result of the strike, a fire broke out on board. The crew extinguished the fire on their own. There were no casualties. The vessel continued its route.

Air Force information

Russia carried out a combined strike overnight using drones and missiles against Ukraine’s critical infrastructure.

The main direction of the attack was Dnipro. Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Odesa, and Kyiv regions were also targeted.

In total, 666 aerial attack assets were recorded (47 missiles and 619 drones):

  • 12 Iskander-M / S-400 ballistic missiles (launch areas: Millerovo, Kursk, Yeisk in Russia, and temporarily occupied territory of Crimea);
  • 29 Kh-101 cruise missiles (launched from the Caspian Sea area);
  • 1 Iskander-K cruise missile (launch area: Bryansk region, Russia);
  • 5 Kalibr cruise missiles (launched from the Caspian Sea area);
  • 619 Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas attack drones and other UAVs.

As of 08:00, air defense forces shot down or suppressed 610 targets — 30 missiles and 580 drones of various types.

Impacts of 13 missiles and 36 attack drones were recorded at 23 locations, while downed drone debris fell at 9 locations.

Over the past day, Russian occupiers continued massive attacks on several regions.

Overnight, Odesa came under attack by kamikaze drones — hits were recorded in residential buildings, a married couple was killed, and there were injuries.

On the night of April 24, the enemy launched 109 aerial targets (two missiles and 107 drones), of which air defense forces managed to destroy 96.
