The number of people injured in the overnight drone attack on Kyiv has increased to 32, with seven hospitalized, according to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko.

"At the moment, 32 people have been injured as a result of last night’s enemy attack. Seven of them have been hospitalized, including two children," Klitschko said.

Three residents of the capital were killed.

Last night, the Russian Federation attacked the capital for the second time in 24 hours. This time – with Shahed-type attack drones. Damage was recorded in two districts of the city. Rescuers and all necessary services are working at the scene.

RBC-Ukraine has also published a report from the site of the Russian drone strike in the Desnianskyi district of the capital.

According to the Air Force, during the night of October 26, Russian troops carried out a massive drone attack across the territory of Ukraine. In total, the enemy launched 101 strike drones of the Shahed, Gerbera, and other models.

The launches were carried out from the directions of Kursk, Oryol, Bryansk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia), and Hvardiiske – the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea. About 60 of them were Shahed-type drones.

Ninety strike drones were successfully shot down.
