Night drone attack on Bucha, Ukraine: Sanatorium building on fire, one injured

Russian forces attacked the Kyiv region with drones during the night of October 2. As a result of the strike, an inactive sanatorium caught fire, and one person was reported injured, according to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (DSNS).
"At night in the city of Bucha, as a result of a UAV attack, a fire broke out in a two-story building of a non-functioning sanatorium," the statement said.
Rescuers specified that the fire was extinguished at 02:13 over an area of 600 square meters.
"A man born in 1977 was found injured," the DSNS added.
At night, the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk, also reported that a person was injured in the Bucha district of the region. In particular, a 50-year-old man sustained a shrapnel wound to his right shin. He was hospitalized in a local hospital.
On the night of September 30, Russian forces launched drones in the Kyiv region. As a result of that strike, a private house and vehicles were damaged, and a woman was injured.
