Russia strikes Kyiv region with drones: Consequences revealed

"Another nighttime Russian drone attack on the Kyiv region. Ukrainian air defense forces were operating in the region. Russian targets were shot down. No critical infrastructure facilities were hit," the Kyiv regional military administration says.

As a result of the Russian attack on the Brovary district, a woman born in 1950 was injured. She suffered an acute stress reaction and a hypertensive crisis. All necessary medical assistance was provided on site.

Russian drones also damaged a private residential building, farm buildings, and a car.

Russian strikes on Kyiv and region

In recent weeks, the Russians have repeatedly launched massive attacks with drones and missiles on Kyiv and the region. On the night of September 28, the Russians launched 595 drones and 48 missiles at Ukraine. As of the morning, Ukraine's air defense forces had destroyed 611 air targets, namely 568 drones and 43 missiles.

During the Russian attack, many damaged objects and residential buildings were recorded in Kyiv. In the Solomyanskyi district alone, there were 27 such objects, 9 of which were private. Humanitarian headquarters operated in the Solomyanskyi and Darnytskyi districts throughout the day. They received more than 500 people.
