On the night of August 14, drones attacked four enemy military airfields in Russia. A satellite captured the damage at Borisoglebsk, located in the Voronezh region, according to the Schemes Telegram channel.

Planet Labs satellite imagery shows that UAVs attacked the northwestern part of the airfield. In particular, several hangars were destroyed. Probably, there was a technical and maintenance unit responsible for repairing and servicing aircraft.

The Schemes adds that the following aircraft are based at the airfield:

Su-25;
Su-30
Su-34;
Su-35.

Attack on Russian airfields on the night of August 14

Today, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported a drone attack. Allegedly, the air defense destroyed more than 117 UAVs, including 37 in the Kursk and Voronezh regions, and 11 over the Nizhny Novgorod region.

Meanwhile, local publics reported powerful explosions in Voronezh, as well as fire engulfing Borisoglebsk. In particular, there were reports that the Baltimore air base could also have been targeted.

Later, sources told RBC-Ukraine that the Security Service of Ukraine and the Defense Forces targeted four airfields, including Voronezh, Kursk, Savasleyka, and Borisoglebsk.
