The death toll from Russia's nighttime attack on Kyiv on May 24 has risen to three, according to the Kyiv police.

While clearing debris in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv, rescuers discovered human remains. They likely belong to a woman who lived in a partially destroyed building and had previously been listed as missing.

A DNA test has been ordered to identify the person definitively.
