Missile attack on Ukraine: 21 dead, nearly 70 injured so far
Today, the Russian military struck several regions of Ukraine. As of now, it is known about 21 dead and 68 injured, according to the National Police of Ukraine.
Russians fired on Kyiv, Kyiv region, Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, and Donetsk region.
Kyiv
Russia struck at the Okhmatdyt children's hospital, killing two people. All services are working at the scene and are clearing the rubble together with passers-by.
A multi-story building in Solomianskyi district was partially destroyed, killing seven people.
Debris damaged a car and the facade of a building in Holosiivskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts. There was also damage in Dniprovskyi, Darnytskyi, Desnianskyi, and Shevchenkivskyi districts.
Kyiv region
One casualty was reported.
Kryvyi Rih
According to the Office of the Prosecutor General, the number of wounded has increased to 42.
There are also 10 reported deaths.
"The search and rescue operation is ongoing," the National Police adds.
Dnipropetrovsk region
Two people were injured as a result of damage to an apartment building.
20 more private houses were damaged.
