In the temporarily occupied city of Starobilsk in the Luhansk region, the occupiers are conducting mobilization of local residents into the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the General Staff, men in Starobilsk are attempting to avoid military service in any way possible:

  • they are being fired from their jobs,
  • going into hiding,
  • moving to other settlements.

Meanwhile, mobilized citizens who could not avoid military service are being sent for military training to the Krasnodar Krai of the Russian Federation.

Hidden mobilization in the occupied south of Ukraine

We reported that Russian military is conducting covert mobilization in the occupied territories of southern Ukraine.

It was also reported that residents of the occupied regions are denied medicines and are sent home to die. This applies to citizens who have obtained Russian passports.

People in the occupation with Ukrainian passports are threatened with dismissal. In reality, they are foreign workers to the liberators.
