McDonald’s confirms Russian drone attack on warehouse in Kyiv region

Attack on warehouse containing McDonald’s products
The company confirmed that Russian forces attacked its logistics partner’s warehouse in the Kyiv region with drones.
"The most important thing is that no one was injured," McDonald’s said.
The company added that its restaurants are currently operating as usual.
"We continue to assess the potential impact of this situation on our operations," the company said.
Zelenskyy on the warehouse strike
Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that a warehouse associated with McDonald’s was damaged during the drone attack.
"An attack drone – against ordinary food products," the president noted.
RBC-Ukraine also reported that Kyiv’s main production facility and logistics warehouse of TK-Domashnii Tekstil sustained significant damage as a result of a Russian missile strike.
In addition, Russian forces actively attacked Kyiv with drones on the night of September 23 and the morning of the same day. A warehouse was damaged in one of the city’s districts as a result.
