Russian attack damages warehouses in Kyiv, disrupting Kyiv City Express trains

On the night of September 23 and into the morning of the same day, the Russians are actively attacking Kyiv with drones. According to the Kyiv City Military Administration, the attack has already damaged a warehouse in one of the city's districts.
Air raid alerts were issued multiple times in Kyiv last night as Russian drones flew into the city in waves. In fact, explosions and the sound of air defense systems could be heard periodically throughout the night and into the morning in the capital.
The Kyiv City Military Administration has now reported that the Russian attack caused damage.
"In the Holosiivskyi district, a warehouse was damaged after being struck by a Russian drone," the statement reads.
In addition, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko states that, according to preliminary reports, debris fell in the Solomianskyi district onto an area between residential buildings. Emergency services are currently heading to the scene.
At 6:57 a.m., Klitschko reports that, according to preliminary information, a fire broke out at a transportation company's facility in the Solomianskyi district as a result of the Russian attack.
"There is a fire in warehouse facilities in the Holosiivskyi district. Emergency services are heading to the scene," he adds.
Meanwhile, Kyiv City Express reports that train service in both directions has been temporarily suspended due to an increased air threat to Kyiv.
At 7:21 a.m., a Russian drone struck a gas station in the Holosiivskyi district.
Russian strikes on Kyiv
On the night of September 21, the Russians also attacked Kyiv with drones. As a result of the Russian strikes, a residential building was damaged and a warehouse caught fire. Russian attacks continued during the day, and by evening it became known that the number of casualties had risen to 8.
Yesterday, Russia struck fuel tanks in the Obolonskyi district of Kyiv.
