Russia strikes fuel tanks in Kyiv

Russian forces struck fuel tanks in Kyiv’s Obolonskyi district on Tuesday, September 22, according to a statement by Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klitschko.
"There was an impact on fuel tanks in Obolonskyi district. Emergency services are heading to the scene," he said.

Klitschko reported that another site in Obolonskyi district had also been hit — a non-residential building.
It was previously reported that overnight on September 22, Russian forces launched a massive attack on Ukraine using missiles and drones. Air defense forces destroyed and suppressed 186 aerial targets.
Brovary district in the Kyiv region also came under attack that night. The strike caused fires in warehouse and utility buildings, and private homes and cars were also damaged.
In addition, overnight on September 22, Russian forces attacked Kyiv with strike drones. A residential building was damaged in the attack, and there were casualties.
