Massive fires erupt at Russian military airfield in occupied Crimea after explosions

On the night of August 7, the Hvardiiske military airfield in temporarily occupied Crimea was engulfed in massive fires following a series of powerful explosions, according to the Crimean Wind Telegram channel.
According to residents of the peninsula, they heard sounds of impacts on the airfield from 3:30 a.m. to 3:39 a.m. and from 4:34 a.m. to 4:47 a.m.
"The fire is very intense and can be seen from several kilometers away — it is lighting up the surrounding area," the report said.
It was also reported that two separate fires were visible at the same time.
According to the latest information, a fuel and lubricants depot is burning at the site. It also remains quite loud there, as ammunition can be heard detonating.

It also became known overnight that an impact was recorded in Feodosia, apparently targeting a concentration of military equipment near the former 13th military compound on the Kerch Highway. Initially, reports circulated online that a local oil depot had been struck by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, but this information was later denied.
In addition, four powerful explosions were reportedly heard in Malorichenske near Alushta. A large substation is located nearby.
On the night of August 7, the Defense Forces of Ukraine also struck a Wildberries warehouse in Yekaterinburg.
