Lithuania has transferred a new batch of military aid to Ukraine. The Ukrainian military received trucks and spare parts for M113 armored personnel carriers, according to the Lithuanian Ministry of Defense.

The Ministry reports that new military aid from Lithuania was delivered to Ukraine in the middle of this week.

The Lithuanian Ministry of Defense reminded that this year's military assistance to Ukraine will focus on air defense, ammunition, drones, anti-drone systems, and support for the Ukrainian defense industry.

It is noted that since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion, Lithuania has provided Ukraine with military assistance worth more than 768 million euros.

Assistance from Lithuania

At the end of 2024, it became known that Denmark, France, and Lithuania had provided 150 million euros for Ukrainian weapons. The funds will be used to produce missiles, drones, and artillery pieces.

Later, it became known that Lithuania would allocate the first tranche for weapons production in Ukraine.

Lithuania also plans to transfer 4,500 drones to Ukraine. Their total cost is 5 million euros.

Recently, Lithuania transferred a new batch of military aid to Ukraine. Ukrainian soldiers received portable anti-aircraft missile systems.
