Fires in Russia
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, factories and oil depots in Russia have increasingly been catching fire. In most cases, these incidents are attributed to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Notably, during the night of September 1, over 150 strike drones attacked 16 regions of Russia.
In Moscow, drones attacked the Moscow Oil Refinery in the Kapotnya district.
Shortly before this, Ukrainian kamikaze drones struck the Russian oil depot Atlas in the Rostov region near the city of Kamensk-Shakhtinsky.
Rescuers struggled to control the fire for an extended period. New and ongoing strikes on the oil depot were the cause.
