Kyiv under fire overnight: Casualties rise to 5

As a result of the overnight missile and drone attack, five people were injured in Kyiv, according to the city’s mayor, Vitalii Klitschko.
According to him, three people were injured in the Sviatoshynskyi district. Falling debris caused fires involving cars and a bus stop in the area.
In the Shevchenkivskyi district, medical teams were called out. Preliminary reports indicate fires at two locations.
“Currently, there are five injured in the capital from tonight’s events,” Klitschko wrote.
Russian airstrike
On the night of June 23, the Russian army attacked Kyiv using strike drones, as well as cruise and ballistic missiles.
As a result of the attack, one of the exits of the Sviatoshyn metro station was damaged.
Also, a multi-story residential building is burning in one of the districts, likely due to a missile hit.
