On the night of June 23, the Russian forces launched a combined attack on Kyiv. As a result of the shelling, one of the exits of the Sviatoshyn metro station was damaged, reports Kyiv City Military Administration head Tymur Tkachenko.

"During the attack, one of the exits of the Sviatoshyn metro station and the nearby area, including a bus stop, were damaged," the report states.

Additionally, two people were injured. They received medical assistance on site and did not require hospitalization.

Tkachenko pointed out that the Russians' tactics remain unchanged. They strike where people might be - ordinary civilians hiding from the shelling.

“The entire enemy technological machinery is aimed not at gaining a military advantage, but at killing ordinary people. Residential buildings, shelter exits — that’s the Russian style,” he emphasized.

The head of the Kyiv City Military Administration also added that there is a threat of the enemy using missile weapons.

Strong explosions were heard in Kyiv as of 04:01 Kyiv time.
