Kyiv casualties rise above 10, elderly woman dies in shelter

In Kyiv, during a drone airstrike, an elderly woman died in one of the shelters. Additionally, there was a fatality due to a fall in one of the high-rise buildings, according to Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klitschko.
The mayor noted that the incident occurred in the Darnytskyi district of the capital.
Klitschko also reported that, as a result of the enemy attack on Kyiv, 11 people have already been injured.
Five of them were hospitalized, while the others received medical assistance on site.

Klitschko reported that in the Sviatoshynskyi district, one person was killed by a Shahed drone strike, and 11 others were injured.
Drone attack on Kyiv
On the night of September 7, Russia carried out a massive attack on Ukraine using Shahed kamikaze drones.
The drone strikes targeted Kyiv, Dnipro, Kremenchuk, Kamianske, and Odesa.
In Kyiv, the drones partially destroyed several floors of a multi-story residential building. Fires broke out in two districts, cars were damaged, and there were casualties.
Earlier, 8 people were reported injured in Kyiv due to the attack.
