US President Donald Trump announced the death of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, according to his post on Truth Social.

In his statement, Trump said that Khamenei was unable to evade US intelligence and high-tech tracking systems, and claimed that the operation was carried out in close cooperation with Israel. According to him, other senior leaders were eliminated along with the Iranian leader.

Donald Trump called this event the greatest chance for the Iranian people to regain control of their own state. In addition, the US president revealed an important detail: inside Iran’s security apparatus — the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, the army, and the police — there is chaos, and they are unwilling to continue the fight and are seeking security guarantees.

In addition, he stated that massive and precision bombings would continue for as long as necessary to achieve peace in the Middle East and around the world.

The situation in the Middle East entered a phase of large-scale military confrontation on February 28, 2026.

Israel launched a preemptive attack on Iran to neutralize security threats. A state of emergency was declared throughout Israel.

President Donald Trump stated that the US had begun a military campaign in Iran to eliminate threats posed by the ayatollah regime.

In response, Iran launched missiles toward Israeli territory. Tehran also struck US military facilities in Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia. As a result, the latter are now reportedly ready to join the US and Israel in attacking Iran.
