Kellogg arrives in Kyiv for official visit, source says

US Special Envoy Keith Kellogg has arrived in Ukraine. He is currently visiting Kyiv, RBC-Ukraine reports, citing its source.
According to the source, Kellogg is in Kyiv.
As previously reported by CNN, General Keith Kellogg had planned a trip to Poland on behalf of President Trump. From there, he intended to travel to Ukraine.
However, while en route to Poland on the night of September 10, dozens of Russian drones entered Polish airspace.
This is not Kellogg’s first visit to Ukraine. He previously visited Kyiv on Independence Day, August 24, participating in ceremonial events, a prayer breakfast, and meetings with Ukrainian leadership. That visit lasted several days.
Earlier, Kellogg also visited Kyiv in July. His trips are notable because Russian forces generally refrain from carrying out large-scale attacks on the Ukrainian capital while the US General is present.
During his previous visit, US Special Envoy Keith Kellogg expressed hope that next year, Ukraine would celebrate Independence Day under peaceful skies.
The current visit takes place within the framework of efforts by the US and European allies to achieve peace in Ukraine. Partners are discussing the types of security guarantees they could provide to Ukraine.
