Infant among wounded: Massive Russian strike hits Ukraine's Dnipro, damaging homes and kindergarten

On the night of February 12, Russia carried out a massive attack on the Ukrainian city of Dnipro and the surrounding region. An infant less than one month old was wounded, and a kindergarten, homes, and infrastructure facilities were damaged, according to the head of Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Oleksandr Hanzha.
According to the official, Russia used missiles, unmanned aerial vehicles, and artillery against Dnipro.
Dnipro: Wounded and destruction
In the regional center itself, four people were injured, including an infant: a boy less than one month old was hospitalized in moderate condition. Other wounded were also taken to medical facilities.

Several fires were recorded in the city. Damaged were:
- Critical infrastructure facility;
- Private residential houses;
- Passenger cars.

Synelnykove district: Kindergarten hit
Enemy unmanned aerial vehicles attacked Rozdorska and Vasylkivska communities. As a result of the strikes, local infrastructure and a kindergarten building were damaged.
Nikopol district: Attack continues
District center, as well as Chervonohryhorivska and Pokrovske communities, came under artillery fire and drone fire. Information about the scale of destruction is being clarified.
Attacks on the night of February 12
On the night of February 12, the enemy also attacked Odesa with unmanned aerial vehicles — one man was injured. In addition, houses and infrastructure facilities were damaged.
Destruction was also recorded in Kyiv. In the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv, debris damaged the facade and window glazing of a residential building. People were injured. In Dniprovskyi district, crashes of unmanned aerial vehicles were recorded at two locations near residential buildings. Rescuers and municipal services are working at the sites.
