India–Pakistan conflict
A few weeks ago, militants attacked a group of tourists in the Indian-administered region of Kashmir. They targeted and shot only Hindus, while sparing Muslims. Hinduism is the state religion of India, whereas Islam is that of Pakistan.
Following the attack, Indian authorities accused Pakistan of being involved in the terrorist act. This has led to heightened tensions between the two countries.
More details on the current developments between the two nuclear-armed nations can be found in the RBC-Ukraine report.
