Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in an interview with Rai that he is one of the few who always speaks directly to US leader Donald Trump.
"Who has a better relationship with Trump than I do? I think we have a good relationship because I am one of the few people who tells him what I think," Zelenskyy said.
According to the Ukrainian president, not many people can tell the leader of the United States that he is not always right.
"We need support from the United States, and not only military. They also need us and our experience gained over these years of war," the head of state concluded.

The United States President Donald Trump repeatedly expressed complaints about the lack of results in Ukraine negotiations with Russia and stated dissatisfaction with Zelenskyy's position on ending the war.
According to Trump, the Ukrainian side is allegedly losing leverage, while the Kremlin is showing readiness for dialogue.
Recently, the head of the White House once again expressed surprise that the Ukrainian president allegedly does not want to conclude a peace agreement, while Russian President Vladimir Putin, according to Trump, is ready for it.
