PURL
PURL (Prioritised Ukraine Requirements List) is a joint NATO and US initiative launched in July 2025. Its goal is to provide Ukraine with critically needed US-made weapons, funded by NATO allies.
The mechanism works as follows: participating countries provide funding, while the weapons and ammunition are produced in the United States.
